Gifts of Property
The Environmental Water Trust will accept donations of water rights and water allocations which will form part of its assets for management.
The ATO has established procedures for the valuation of donations in kind for tax deduction purposes. Valuations are made by the Australian Valuation Office (AVO), which is a part of the Tax Office.
